A journey of professional development that started in production
Orlando works with planning permission drawings for our projects and preproduction engineering for Balco’s viewing balconies. His experience with Balco began some 20 years ago, as a department manager in production. These early years enabled him to build up a great deal of knowledge about the products that Balco supplies. According to Orlando, Balco has given him the opportunity to grow and develop both as an employee and as a person.
George is generating new sales leads within the target market.
George is currently the Business Development Manager at Balco Balcony Systems Ltd, focusing on the London and southeastern regions of the UK. His responsibilities involve generating new sales leads within the target market and nurturing existing client relationships. Previously, George gained extensive experience in the architectural glazing and steel industries, culminating in roles such as Sales Development at ParkerSteel and Head of Commercial and Estimating at a local fabricator. Since joining Balco in September 2023, George has expanded his knowledge of balcony systems across European markets, contributing to his career growth and ability to provide cost-effective solutions to clients. He values the positive work environment and international collaboration within the company.
