We continue our expansion in Europe and we are now looking for a National Sales Manager to join our UK team. Your role is to develop and secure projects with Balco´s open or glazed balcony solutions, which are the most comprehensive within our market segment. Your task will be to find clients with a need for our products and consult them about the best solutions for them. The needs can be different and require both creativity and technical knowledge. You will need to be proactive to stimulate the market. You are responsible for collecting all necessary information and take part in the quotation process. A vast majority of our projects result from successfully delivered projects and clients that are well taken care of. We therefore value your ability to create relationships and represent the Balco name with pride.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in sales along with a technical background. You must have experience in project development or sales within the construction industry. You need to have patience and perseverance throughout the sales process. We are looking for are result-orientated and a problem solving person whom has an entrepreneurial mind-set which is something we value. Please be aware that this role will require travelling, so you must be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
