Balco is your reliable, stable partner through the whole construction process, from the first tentative questions to the final warranty inspection. Right from the initial contact with our sales representative, you will be assigned your own project manager. This makes our partnership easier and keeps the whole project moving from start to finish.
    
We start by agreeing, together, on the design of the balconies, along with the colours and materials to be used. We then move on to detailed design calculations, with fixings and other technical details adapted to the various load requirements which may exist. Our design department ensures that all the details are just right, creating a finished result that will last for many years. We also keep up to date with all the requirements and regulations applicable in each country.
   
Production is carried out at our Swedish headquarters in Växjö. Our production process is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified - meaning that high quality is maintained throughout production and that we show great consideration for the environment. To ensure our high quality and reliable deliveries, we also invest heavily in machinery and expertise. This helps us to retain our already strong market position.
   
Final installation of the balconies is carried out by specialist fitters who work under an installation manager from Balco. After all the balconies have been installed, it is time for the final inspection. Once that is done and everything has been approved, the project is completed. |
