St Albans is one of Balco’s Levitate balcony and winter garden glazing projects. On this project, we produced 24 Levitate balconies and 51 glazings for Jarvis Contracting Ltd. The glazings were twin-framed winter garden glazing systems. Privacy screening and solar shade panels were also required.
Balco’s winter garden glazing systems not only give you a brilliant overlooking view of your surroundings, but they also add extra living space. Winter gardens are usable in any weather conditions and are an incredible feature for your home.
Four of our Balco glass balustrade balconies are oversized corner balconies, which are larger than Balco’s bespoke Levitate balcony is the simplest yet safest balcony system Balco has developed. Originating from our Danish market, this system is now fully developed for use within the UK and Balco’s other European markets; it is also the most ideal solution for new build developments.
