ConFe is Balco’s concrete slab open balcony system. Suitable for new builds, renovations and retrofitting to existing balconies. We have a suitable ConFe balcony solution for every building.
Balco Balconies have won another project, working closely with Redrow Homes for the new estate in The Courtyard, in Woodford Gardens, Cheshire, called Chartwell Block. Altogether, there are 30 bespoke Balco balconies over 2 blocks of apartments. These Balco Balconies feature Aluracke vertical bar balustrade with a concrete slab for the flooring.
On this project, there are 5 different designed Balco Balconies. This is to ensure that the balconies fit the new building properly while still meeting the design requirements of our clients. Each balcony is designed for a specific location on the blocks, as each stack is of different shapes and sizes, ensuring that every balcony is fully adapted for this building.
Due to the shape of this building, Balco decided that corner balconies would be the best option for our clients to ensure that the space is maximized as much as possible. For this reason, Balco designed, manufactured, and installed 12 corner balconies, with the remaining 18 being Balco’s standard shape of balcony balustrades, prioritizing safety and accessibility.
