Commercial Manager

Balco is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to support our growth in the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of commercial tasks, ensuring our projects are delivered with the highest quality and profitability, from sales support through to project completion. This position is based in our Taunton office, with Manchester as an alternative location.

Head of Design

We are also seeking an experienced Head of Design to join our team in Taunton. This critical role involves leading our design and structural engineering teams, overseeing the entire design process from concept to completion, with a focus on innovative balcony solutions. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a strong background in both product development and structural engineering, capable of ensuring all designs meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
