The project, located on Osborne Road, W3 8SN, was delivered for Vistry and included balcony installations across two residential buildings. Balco’s Levitate® system was selected for its adaptable design, efficient installation process and ability to be tailored to the specific requirements of the development.
Smart Drainage Solutions for Levitate® Balconies
A key part of the project was the need to design balcony slabs around rainwater pipes running through the structure. Balco’s design team developed a project-specific slab solution while maintaining effective water drainage from the balcony soffit. This ensured that the balcony system could be fully integrated with the building design without compromising performance or appearance.
The result is a high-quality balcony solution that supports the architectural vision for Acton Gardens while giving residents valuable private outdoor space.
