Levitate balconies for Points Cross, Leeds
Balco Balcony Systems Ltd is proud to be part of the Points Cross residential development in Leeds, delivered by United Living for The Guinness Partnership. The large-scale project is being carried out in two phases and includes both Balco’s prefabricated Levitate balconies and extensive balustrading systems.
Phase 1 consists of:
- 68 Levitate balconies featuring steel vertical bar balustrades and concrete tile decking
- 688 linear metres of balustrading for inset balconies
- 31 Juliette railings, all with steel vertical bar design
Phase 2 includes:
- 59 Levitate balconies with steel vertical bar balustrades and concrete tile decking
- 451 linear metres of balustrading for inset balconies
The project is currently in progress, with the first fix completed for both phases – including stubs for the Levitate balconies and a number of inset balcony balustrades.
Once completed, Points Cross will offer modern, high-quality living spaces that combine functionality, safety, and visual appeal – supported by Balco’s experience in balcony design and prefabrication.
