Balco Group AB is continuing to grow and has, on the 1st of March, completed a strategic acquisition of the Finnish facade company Suomen Ohutlevyasennus Oy. The acquisition strengthens and complements Balco Group’s presence and customer offering in the Finnish market.
Suomen Ohutlevyasennus Oy was founded in 1984 and is a leading player in turnkey projects with facade renovation as its area of expertise. The company, based in Turku, primarily operates within the renovation segment, with housing associations and construction companies as its customers.
Green Transformation in the Finnish Market
