Transformation of the Army Cadet Centre.

What was originally an army cadet centre, Alexandra Gardens is now a block of flats. Balco started working on site for this project on the 14th of April 2022.

All the balconies were completed and handed over to the client on the 29th of March 2023, supplying 18 large bespoke balconies over the one block, that is 3 floors high.

Collaboration with Life Build Solutions Limited at Alexandra Gardens.

Our clients, Life Build Solutions Limited, wanted to have an aluminium vertical bar balustrade, matched with Balco aluminium decking. All balconies included a PPC soffit/ drainage tray which deflected rainwater away from the building.

15 of these balconies was 4.8m x 1.6m, the other 3 modular Levitate balconies providing an overall size of 5.7m x 1.6m.

All Balco balconies on this project are RAL 1035, creating a modern finish to the building. On this project, the Aluminium Decking was RAL 7039, which complemented the balustrade flawlessly.
