Upon completion, the development will feature 191 innovative Balco Levitate® balconies. These Balco balconies range from fully projecting to semi-recessed and fully recessed options, each complemented by Balco’s signature balustrading and decking. Our Levitate balconies enhance the architectural aesthetics and ensure a seamless and harmonious finish.
