Levitate balconies for modern living at Randalls Way, Leatherhead.

Balco has proudly contributed to the transformation of Randalls Way in Leatherhead by supplying contemporary balcony solutions for a new 214-unit build-to-rent (BTR) development. This project, forward funded by Get Living, adds to the growing supply of high-quality rental housing in southern England.

Delivered in partnership with leading industry players

The principal contractor for the project was Watkin Jones, a well-established developer specialising in build-to-rent and student accommodation. In close partnership with Watkin Jones, Balco provided balcony systems that combine accessibility, safety, and visual appeal.

77 Levitate® balconies – accessible, elegant, efficient

A total of 77 Levitate® balconies were installed at Randalls Way. These prefabricated, open balcony systems were supplied with extension thresholds to ensure level access from apartments, enhancing comfort and usability for all residents.

Additional balcony and railing solutions

To ensure a cohesive and attractive external appearance, Balco also supplied and installed:

✔ 77 Juliette railings
✔ Over 500 linear metres of balustrade for external walkways
✔ Over 300 linear metres of balustrade for private terraces
✔ Balustrades for link bridges connecting the buildings

All elements were designed to complement the contemporary facade while maintaining high safety and durability standards.
