345 Southwark Park Road features 46 unique Levitate balconies, including a number oversized varieties which are possible thanks to Levitate’s modular construction.

All balconies are fitted with our standard threshold detail and due to site constraints every balcony was fully assembled offsite before being lifted directly from the delivery lorry onto the building.
